Anodised Aluminium labels are made by dyeing the aluminium alloy. The pores of the metal are filled with colours that make up the image. We can produce true photographic images up to 1400 x 1400 dpi resolution. So whether you need full colour or solid colour, the image produced is equal to offset printing.
After the image is dyed into the metal, it goes through a thermo/chemical process. This locks the image in the metal and creates an anodic layer which seals off the surface of the aluminium. This renders the product highly resistant to UV, salt spray, extreme heat, chemicals, fungi and general environmental degradation.
